Dijital Kafa Bilişim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. (“we”, “our”, or “Company”) operates the My Comic Series application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Photos You Upload

To create your comic characters, you upload one or more photos. These photos are processed to generate stylized comic versions of your characters. We use uploaded photos only to create and improve the characters and comics you generate. We do not use your photos to train public AI models, and we do not sell them.

2.2 Stories and Content You Create

The text or voice input you provide, and the comics you generate, are stored so you can access your personal comic library across sessions. Voice input may be converted to text using speech recognition.

2.3 Account Information

When you create an account (via email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In) we collect the identifier associated with that method, such as your email address. We use this to authenticate you and sync your content.

2.4 Subscription and Purchase Data

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat receives purchase information from the Apple App Store to verify your subscription status. Payments are processed by Apple; we never receive your full payment or card details.

2.5 Diagnostic Data

We may collect basic, aggregated technical data (such as crash reports and feature usage) to keep the App stable and improve it. Where this data could identify you, we treat it under this policy.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on trusted providers to operate the App. These may include cloud hosting and storage, AI model providers used to generate characters and comics, speech-to-text services, authentication providers, and RevenueCat for subscription management. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

5. Data Storage, Retention, and Security

  • Storage: Your account, content, and generated comics are stored on secure cloud infrastructure.
  • Retention: We keep your content while your account is active. You can delete individual comics, characters, or your entire account at any time.
  • Security: We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. Your Rights and Choices

  • Access & deletion: View, edit, or delete your characters, comics, and account from within the App.
  • Permissions: Control photo, microphone, and notification access in your device settings.
  • Subscriptions: Manage or cancel via your Apple ID subscription settings.

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or CCPA) you may have additional rights, including access, correction, deletion, and the right to object to certain processing. We do not sell your personal information. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.

8. International Users

The App is available worldwide and your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by our service providers. We take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
